If you have a heat fusion machine, it’s possible to make these changes on-site so your inventory of HDPE pipe fits your current needs. In fact, Wolf Creek’s PolyBarb tails are designed to be fused in the field, combining the ease and reliability of the true Genuine Bauer quick coupler with the durability of HDPE pipe. Our patented barb and retainer fitting creates a positive, high-pressure, leak-proof connection to withstand the toughest jobs.
If you don’t have access to an HDPE fuser, no problem! With our in-house fusion and welding capabilities, Wolf Creek can fabricate custom, specialty HDPE piping solutions delivered to your unique specifications. We use our poly pipe tails to build poly step bows, floating poly T-Strainers, poly diffusers, and more.
Easier, quicker, and less costly to ship
Wolf Creek’s PolyBarb tails are smaller and lighter than complete pipe, making them much easier to transfer to and from the job site. Many of our customers choose to buy their raw HDPE pipe in bulk quantities and fuse our poly tails in the field, giving them greater flexibility in shipping and storage. So, rather than stacking tons of pipe in the yard or on a job site, you can keep a smaller inventory of poly tail sets and build custom fittings on-site, as you need them.
